Throughout the year, TNT opens its doors for the public to enjoy our facility. Children will enjoy gymnastics, floor games, climbing the rock-wall, dancing, obstacle courses, trampoline time, play time in our foam pit and much more!

Gymnastics Program

We offer gymnastics classes starting at one month old all the way up to school age children. Here at TNT, we believe we can find a class to suit your child's needs. 

Ninja Program

Now, your child can test their skills in the craze that’s sweeping the nation, as they unlock their ninja potential! In this class, kids use obstacles and circuit based activities to increase endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while building confidence.

Now you can start unlocking your child's potential at 1 month old! Our TNT Babies classes are designed to expose your children to new experiences to enhance their development through music, creative movement, and exploration.

Rockin' Rollers

Class for babies to work on belly basics. This class works on building the foundation for sitting and crawling while connecting with baby.

Requirements: 

One active helper per child is required.

Curious Crawlers

Class for babies to strengthen their bodies while moving though the support phases such as crawling and standing. Enhances core stability and body awareness to promote balance and early walking skills.

Wiggly Walkers 

Interactive parent and child class for children who are just beginning to walk to 2 years. Basic introduction to gymnastics and physical fitness through movement exploration.

Fun skills include:

Humpty Dumpty safety roll, high low over you go, twinkle cartwheel, hands down jump around cartwheel, walking on the balance beam, hanging on the bar, and jumping on the trampoline.

Requirements: 

One active helper per child is required.

Co-Ed  |  1 years old (must be walking)

Junior Jumpers

Interactive parent and child class for children ages 2+ years. Basic introduction to gymnastics and physical fitness through movement exploration.

Fun skills include:

Humpty Dumpty safety roll, high low over you go, twinkle cartwheel, hands down jump around cartwheel, walking on the balance beam, hanging on the bar, and jumping on the trampoline.

Requirements: 

One active helper per child is required.

Preschool

TNT's preschool program introduces basic gymnastics through exploration and creative movement. The equipment is just their size! The classes use rhythm, rhyme, and repetition to teach basic body positions and skills. The goal is to teach students the five C's: Be Curious, Creative, Courageous, Competent, Confident.

 

Please note: Our preschool classes are based on age appropriate activities. Children must have a birthday before the session begins to move on to the next class.

Lil' Leapers

Designed for children ready to participate independently. Introduction to fundamental gymnastics skills while focusing on listening skills, imagination, following directions, and taking turns.

Fun skills include:

Lucky lunge, forward roll on cheese wedge, hand-hand-foot-foot-cartwheel, hee-haw, pop pop seat drop on trampoline, and front support on bars.

Tiny Tumblers

Introduction to basic body shapes, fundamental gymnastics skills and terminology through age appropriate activities and creative movement.

Fun skills include:

Safety falls, lucky lunge-teeter-totter hop, backward roll down a cheese wedge, tip and kick cartwheel, tip and flip on bars, and seat drop blast off on trampoline.

Kinder Boys

Transitional class from preschool to recreational gymnastics class for boys. Curriculum based on beginner boys skills and technique while still enjoying the theme and schemes of the preschool programs. 

Fun skills include:

Safety falls, forward & backward rolls, cartwheel, handstand, supports and swings on boys equipment, and tripod.

5 years old

Kinder Girls

Transitional class from preschool to recreational gymnastics programs for girls. Curriculum based on beginner girl skills and technique while still enjoying the theme and schemes of the preschool program. 

Fun skills include:

Forward roll, backward roll, bridge, handstand, star cartwheel, and static chin hold.

5 years old

Hot Shots

Advanced preschool  level with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, and coordination. 

Fun skills include: 

Forward roll, backward roll, Stalder hold, handstand, cartwheel, and pullover.

Requirements: 

Recommendation Only

Tots Tumble Time

This class is designed for preschools, home centers, and child cares. It is designed to give groups an early childhood physical education experience (dominant movement patterns) as well as an introduction to fundamental gymnastics skill. Transportation may be provided depending on availability.

School Age

TNT's recreational curriculum follows the USAG program standards. At TNT, boys and girls in this program safely learn fundamental skills and progressions on traditional gymnastics equipment.

Students advance through skill mastery.

Beginner Girls

Introductory class to focus on basic shapes, fundamental skills, and gymnastics terminology.  

 

Fun skills include: 

Chin hold, forward roll, backward roll, handstand, cartwheel,  and bridge.

Pre-Requisite: None 

Average Mastery Time: 1 - 1.5 years

6+ years

60 minutes

Beginner Boys

Focus on basic body shapes, fundamental skills, and gymnastics terminology.  

Fun skills include: 

Handstand, star cartwheel, forward roll, backward roll, and chin hold.

6+ years

Intermediate Girls

Gymnasts continue skill progression with emphasis on strength, flexibility, and technique. 

Fun skills include: 

Cast back hip circle, back handspring (any surface), back walkover, and round off. 

 

Pre-Requisite: passed Advanced Beginner Girls or evaluated to this level.

Average Mastery Time: 1 - 3 years

6+ years

60 minutes

Advanced Beginner Girls

Gymnasts continue skill progression and focus on strength, flexibility, and technique. 

Fun skills include: 

Pull over, handstand bridge, hurdle cartwheel, bridge kick over, and straight arm backward roll to puppy.  

Pre-Requisite: passed Beginner Girls or evaluated to this level.

Average Mastery Time: 1 - 2 years 

6+ years

60 minutes

Advanced Girls

A faster pace for students who are ready to learn multi-skill tumbling passes and more difficult combinations on all apparatuses. 

Fun skills include: 

Kip cast, tap swings, front handspring, front tuck, back tuck (any surface), and round off back handspring. 

Pre-Requisite: passed Intermediate Girls or evaluated to this level. 

Average Mastery Time: 1 - 4 years

6+ years

Premier Girls 

An invite only class for school age girls.  Athletes must have passed out of Advanced Beginner Girls and completed one session of Intermediate Girls.

Ninja Program

During the 45 minute classes, children are challenged by scaling the rock wall, attempting to conquer TNT’s very own warped walls, and navigating the PRX ninja rig!

PRx Ninja Rig

TNT has a first-of-it's kind ninja rig specially designed by PRX Performance. This 30-foot-long unique piece of equipment offers several features which help children build strength and confidence including: Monkey Bars, Climbing Ropes, Zip Line, Cargo Net, Rings, and Salmon Ladder.

Warped Wall

Now your kids can try their hand on the most talked about ninja obstacle with TNT's challenging warped walls! Theses obstacles test speed and strength while trying to conquer the 9 and 12 foot high walls.

Children will gain confidence as they acquire new skills, a way to improve through physical activity, and an opportunity to meet new friends in a social setting.

End of School Year Open Gyms

Bring your classroom or group to TNT for an end of the year celebration. TNT offers time slots at the end of May for classes looking for a fun and fast paced field trip.

Children will rotate through stations that include:

Ninja course, foam pit, trampolines, Tumbl Trak, rock wall, obstacle courses, games, and MORE

Private Open Gyms

Enjoy 60 minutes of exploration in the gym with an active helper. Instructors are on-site to facilitate and ensure safe play guidelines are being followed.​

Open to children who are walking to 5 years old. Active helper required.

 

When is Preschool Open Gym?

Fall Hours:

September 1 - May 15

Thursdays: 11:00am - 12:00pm

Friday: 8:45am - 9:45am

Fridays: 10:00am - 11:00am

Summer Hours:

Fridays: 9:00am - 10:00am

What is the cost of Preschool Open Gym?

$7 per child or $60 for a 10 visit punch card.

TNT holds on to your punch card so you don’t have to worry about leaving it at home. Punch cards never expire.

 

How do I sign up for a preschool open gym?

We ask that families pre-register for the preschool open gyms as we have limited availability. We can not guarantee entry into the open gym without pre-registering. There is no deposit to register. We will collect payment / use a punch on your punch card when you sign in. Registration opens for the week each Wednesday.

Birthday Parties

Experience TNT’s state-of-the art gyms for a memorable party for your child led by one of our party hosts. Birthday parties include activities such as: trampolines, foam pit, obstacle courses, parachute, air track, rock wall, ninja course, and more!

TNT’s  Birthday party package includes:

1 hour gym time, 30 minutes party time, and up to 10 guests!

When do you offer parties?

Fridays: 7:00 - 8:30pm

Saturdays: 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm

Our Classic Birthday Party Package is $250.

TNT requires $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration to hold your date and time. The $50 is applied to your balance the day of the party.

What is the cost?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time

  • ALL participating guests need a parent-signed waiver before entering the gym. Parents can sign when they drop off their child or you can use our birthday invites HERE.

  • We know it’s a bummer, but no adults are allowed on the equipment. The guardians of the birthday honoree are welcome in the gym to take pictures or videos. All other parents should drop off their child or wait in the viewing area.

  • Guests should wear comfortable clothing and have clean, bare feet.

  • During cake and present time, hosts are available for assistance, but parents are responsible for the guests.

  • Children 4 and under require an active helper.

Ninja Classes

The Ninja Kid's Curriculum is designed to introduce movement and build confidence in young children. In addition, these classes will begin building the foundation for coordination and strength. By assisting children in learning through play and movement, we strive to teach movements used in ninja competitions in a safe & organized way while improving children's coordination and proprioception skills.

Ninja Minis

Introductory Ninja class designed to help children gain balance and proprioceptive awareness while climbing and jumping over and under obstacles. Children will also become familiar with terminology used in Ninja classes and circuits. Coaches will discuss how to perform skills safely, demonstrate skills, provide tips, and encourage children on each section. Children will have the opportunity to use the ninja course including warped walls, trampolines, and ninja rig. Class also includes a structured warm-up and fitness-based strength portion to get the children's muscles ready to work. 

Fun skills include:

Forward and backward roll, shoulder/ninja roll, Resi mat jumps, hangs and gip on bar. 

Goal: Focus on gaining strength and body awareness to move on to intermediate.

Co-Ed  |  4 - 5 years

Ninja

The intermediate Ninja class builds on the beginner class and additional strength building activities will be built into the class. Children will also learn multiple techniques to get over, under, and around obstacles. In addition, participants will work on getting through the courses faster and more efficiently. Coaches will demonstrate skills and provide tips as needed. They will also review safety procedures and class rules as needed. 

Fun skills include:

Rolls, shimmies, support holds/walk, hangs, dismount, Leche swings, speed, agility, rolls, hangs on grip on the bar, support hold jumps, monkey bars, and warped walls.

Goal: Gain strength, body awareness, and stamina.
