We offer gymnastics classes starting at one month old all the way up to school age children. Here at TNT, we believe we can find a class to suit your child's needs.
Ninja Program
Now, your child can test their skills in the craze that’s sweeping the nation, as they unlock their ninja potential! In this class, kids use obstacles and circuit based activities to increase endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination while building confidence.
Recreational Gymnastics & Ninja Classes
TNT offers a wide variety of classes for boys and girls from ages 3 months - 18 years.
Movement & Milestones: classes are tailed for babies and toddlers, focusing on fun and engaging activities based on developmental milestones.
Preschool: Classes introduce basic gymnastics skills using creative movement and imagination.
School Age: Classes follow USA Gymnastics standards helping children learn and progress through fundamental skills on traditional gymnastics equipment.
Ninja: Classes use obstacles and circuit based activities to increase endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while building confidence.

Movement & Milestones
Our baby and toddler classes are for ages 3 months to 3 years. Development happens differently for every child so we have designed our Movement & Milestone classes based on developmental milestones.
These classes are more than just physical movement. Designed for you and your child, the class includes: age appropriate communication, cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory skills through exploration, fun music, and interactive activities. Classes align activities to promote developmental milestone achievements such as: passive movement to strengthen, lengthen, and introduce muscles to dominant movement patterns used for sitting, crawling, and walking. An active helper is required for every child in class.
Developmental Focuses

Postural control: Activities work on building strength and stability in body parts such a the head, neck, and trunk (belly/back)

Early locomotion: Hips, knees, ankles, and toes. Early skills for jumping such as tip toes, bending knees, balance, and weight transfer

Early manipulation: weight bearing activities (baby handstands), fine motor, pinching, grasping, pushing, pulling

Bilateral coordination: both sides of the body working together in a smooth coordinated fashion such as crawling, walking, jumping, crowing midlines
Progression: Children progress through Movement & Milestone classes based on their developmental ability.
Rockin' Rollers
Infants work on essential physical skills of belly basics, rolling, sitting, and early crawling all while connecting with their active helper. This class exposes your infant to new experiences to enhance their development through intentional sensory activities, music, creative movement, and exploration

Curious Crawlers
Babies in this class focus on crawling skills and to enhance core stability and body awareness to promote balance and early walking skills. The physical skills addressed in this class include pulling to stand, cruising along equipment, and assisted walking. Babies are encouraged to actively explore their environment and learn about their bodies while engaging in creative movement.

Beginning crawling - early walking

Mini Movers
Toddlers are new to walking independently and working on gaining confidence and coordination skills for moving from walking to running. The physical skills in this class include activities promoting balance, core stability, squat to stand, transitioning to standing from floor or sitting, standing on tip toes, and climbing stairs. An emphasis in this class is adding group activities within the circuits while promoting skills such as waiting, taking turns, and patience.

Wiggly Walkers
Toddlers in this class are walking independently are ready for structured group circuits. An emphasis is on providing opportunities to learn how to interact with peers, share, listen, and take turns. The physical skills addressed include weight transfers, assisted hanging from the bar, crossing midlines, standing on tip toes, and climbing skills

Junior Jumpers
Toddlers are 2+ years of age and ready to start transition to preschool classes. This class introduces the basics of gymnastics and fitness through structured circuits. They work on physical skills of jumping off 2 feet, running, and coordination activities to support climbing up and down stairs.

Preschool
Our preschool classes introduce basic gymnastics skills through exploration and creative movement. Classes use rhythm, rhyme, and repetition to teach basic body positions and skills. Classes teach children the five c’s: be curious, creative, courageous, competent, and confident. Children attend class independently.
Progression: Children progress through preschool classes based on their age.

School Age
TNT’s school age curriculum follows the USA Gymnastics program standards. At TNT, boys and girls in this program safely learn fundamental skills and progressions on traditional gymnastics equipment.
Progression: Children progress through school age classes based on their skill and at different speeds. Our classes are designed to help your child learn a solid foundation of gymnastics so they can progress safely to the next level. Coaches will inform you when your child has achieved all the skills needed to move to the next level.

Ninja Program
During the 45 minute classes, children are challenged by scaling the rock wall, attempting to conquer TNT’s very own warped walls, and navigating the PRX ninja rig!
PRx Ninja Rig
TNT has a first-of-it's kind ninja rig specially designed by PRX Performance. This 30-foot-long unique piece of equipment offers several features which help children build strength and confidence including: Monkey Bars, Climbing Ropes, Zip Line, Cargo Net, Rings, and Salmon Ladder.
Warped Wall
Now your kids can try their hand on the most talked about ninja obstacle with TNT's challenging warped walls! Theses obstacles test speed and strength while trying to conquer the 9 and 12 foot high walls.

End of School Year Open Gyms
Bring your classroom or group to TNT for an end of the year celebration. TNT offers time slots at the end of May for classes looking for a fun and fast paced field trip.
Children will rotate through stations that include:
Ninja course, foam pit, trampolines, Tumbl Trak, rock wall, obstacle courses, games, and MORE
2022-2023 School Year dates and time slots to be released in February.

We currently do not offer School Age Open Gyms.
Throughout the year, TNT opens its doors for the public to enjoy our facility. Children will enjoy gymnastics, floor games, climbing the rock-wall, dancing, obstacle courses, trampoline time, play time in our foam pit and much more.

Private Open Gyms
Enjoy 60 minutes of exploration in the gym with an active helper. Instructors are on-site to facilitate and ensure safe play guidelines are being followed.
Open to children who are walking to 5 years old. Active helper required.

What is the cost of Preschool Open Gym?
$7 per child or $60 for a 10 visit punch card.
TNT holds on to your punch card so you don’t have to worry about leaving it at home. Punch cards never expire.
How do I sign up for a preschool open gym?
We ask that families pre-register for the preschool open gyms as we have limited availability. We can not guarantee entry into the open gym without pre-registering. There is no deposit to register. We will collect payment / use a punch on your punch card when you sign in. Registration opens for the week each Wednesday.
Birthday Parties
Experience TNT’s state-of-the art gyms for a memorable party for your child led by one of our party hosts. Birthday parties include activities such as: trampolines, foam pit, obstacle courses, parachute, air track, rock wall, ninja course, and more!
TNT’s Birthday party package includes:
1 hour gym time, 30 minutes party time, and up to 10 guests!
When do you offer parties?
Fridays: 7:00 - 8:30pm
Saturdays: 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:00pm
Our Classic Birthday Party Package is $250.
TNT requires $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of registration to hold your date and time. The $50 is applied to your balance the day of the party.

ALL participating guests need a parent-signed waiver before entering the gym. Parents can sign when they drop off their child or you can use our birthday invites HERE.

We know it’s a bummer, but no adults are allowed on the equipment. The guardians of the birthday honoree are welcome in the gym to take pictures or videos. All other parents should drop off their child or wait in the viewing area.

Guests should wear comfortable clothing and have clean, bare feet.

During cake and present time, hosts are available for assistance, but parents are responsible for the guests.

Ninja Classes
The Ninja Kid's Curriculum is designed to introduce movement and build confidence in young children. In addition, these classes will begin building the foundation for coordination and strength. By assisting children in learning through play and movement, we strive to teach movements used in ninja competitions in a safe & organized way while improving children's coordination and proprioception skills.
Ninja Minis
Introductory Ninja class designed to help children gain balance and proprioceptive awareness while climbing and jumping over and under obstacles. Children will also become familiar with terminology used in Ninja classes and circuits. Coaches will discuss how to perform skills safely, demonstrate skills, provide tips, and encourage children on each section. Children will have the opportunity to use the ninja course including warped walls, trampolines, and ninja rig. Class also includes a structured warm-up and fitness-based strength portion to get the children's muscles ready to work.
Fun skills include:
Forward and backward roll, shoulder/ninja roll, Resi mat jumps, hangs and gip on bar.
Goal: Focus on gaining strength and body awareness to move on to intermediate.
Co-Ed | 4 - 5 years

Ninja
The intermediate Ninja class builds on the beginner class and additional strength building activities will be built into the class. Children will also learn multiple techniques to get over, under, and around obstacles. In addition, participants will work on getting through the courses faster and more efficiently. Coaches will demonstrate skills and provide tips as needed. They will also review safety procedures and class rules as needed.
Fun skills include:
Rolls, shimmies, support holds/walk, hangs, dismount, Leche swings, speed, agility, rolls, hangs on grip on the bar, support hold jumps, monkey bars, and warped walls.
Goal: Gain strength, body awareness, and stamina.
