What is an ABLE Day?
Physical Education students of all abilities compete in peer movement-based activities, celebrating ability in school and the community.
Student Impact Areas
- The student body and community will gain a deeper understanding of different challenges others face, building empathy and kindness.
- Students with special needs competing thrive in a peer-supported space
- General education students compete, grow, and thrive as leaders and allies.
- Promotes lifelong movement and meaningful relationships.
Bonus Opportunities
- (3) $1,000 scholarships are available for seniors and transition students who participate in the event.
- The school with the highest team points wins $1,000 for its school PE program
Make ABLE Day Happen
- TNT supplies the PE Teacher(s) with the ABLE Workouts
- TNT will work in coordination with each school to set up the day and timelines.
- Guaranteed - Students of all abilities will remember the camaraderie and experience for years to come!
