Latest COVID-19 Updates:
Stay in the Know

10/22/21

In September I let you know TNT was going to go back to wearing masks to help reduce exposures. Effective October 25, 2021, mask wearing will be optional. This decision has not been made lightly. However, a level of layered prevention strategies will continue.

9/17/21

In order to accomplish all the above, effective 9am Friday, September 17, all visitors and participants 3 years and older will be required to wear a mask at all times in class and in the building. (We understand 3-5 year olds may have challenges wearing a mask. We want to work with you and provide additional information.

Just a friendly reminder that we continue to evaluate and prioritize the safety of the children and clients we serve and our team of professionals.  TNT is once again addressing COVID safety protocols. We will keep you updated through email, Facebook, and on our website www.tntkidsfitness.org.

As we transition in to fall, mask wearing will be optional.  This decision has not been made lightly and can change if the need significantly arises.  TNT stays in communication with Fargo Cass Public Health and we are monitoring community transmission and occurrence of outbreaks.

Dear TNT Friends & Families,

TNT always prioritizes the safety of our staff, clients, and children.  We are at a point where, safety recommendations — will need to change due to the increase in exposures which is causing class closures and quarantine per CDC procedures.

We will continue to monitor each week and our hope is the “spike-up” in exposures we are experiencing will be short-lived.  For now, TNT will be adjusting their COVID-19 procedures to eliminate any additional risk of exposure.

We have not had an exposure from classes.  However, parents are informing us their child has been exposed and has been at class.  Please note, there are delays when families are learning their child has been exposed so they have brought their child not knowing until after they have participated in class.  Once TNT has been informed, we communicate to the families affected.  TNT’s goals are to keep clients and children healthy and active, support job stability for our team of professionals, and not have an interruption or break in services.  Therefore, the following will be implemented:

In order to accomplish all the above, effective 9am Friday, September 17, all visitors and participants 3 years and older will be required to wear a mask at all times in class and in the building. (We understand 3-5 year olds may have challenges wearing a mask. We want to work with you and provide additional information.  Please refer to the link below for more information:

Why require mask wearing now?

Here is how we CANNOT have exposures impact programming, cancel a class, or impact other families:

  • Mask to mask exposure: exemption to quarantine

  • Fully vaccinated contacts: if no symptoms, no quarantine but should monitor for symptoms.

What happens if we do not mask?

We have to cancel classes for a minimum of 7 days.

  • If one or both individuals are unmasked: 14-day quarantine.  Contacts may release from quarantine after day 10 if no symptoms or after day 7 with a negative test collected on day 5 or later.

We are thankful to each family for your patience as we navigate this uncharted territory once again.  Each decision over the last 1.5 years has been made thoughtfully, and while not everyone may agree with every decision, it was made in the best interest of those we serve.  Our team is thankful for the grace each family has provided us over the 1.5 years of learning to live, work, and stay active with COVID-19.

TNT staff will continue these safety precautions:

  • TNT will be implementing a rotational equipment sanitation schedule each hour.

  • Masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available at the customer service desk.

  • If any child is in a program for more than 1 hour, each rotation the equipment will be sanitized and the children will hand wash between each sanitation rotation.

  • SOAR program will have a sanitation schedule and additional hand washing as they transition between spaces at TNT.

  • TNT staff members will stay home if they are ill and be required to get tested if they have symptoms, even if vaccinated. They will have a mandatory waiting period and COVID test required to come back to work.

We look forward to serving you in the safest protocols possible and continue to have the ability to adjust them when needed. We will keep you updated  through email, Facebook, and on our website www.tntkidsfitness.org

Thank you.

Just a friendly reminder that we continue to evaluate and prioritize the safety of the children and clients we serve and our team of professionals.  TNT is once again addressing COVID safety protocols. We will keep you updated through email, Facebook, and on our website www.tntkidsfitness.org.

Things to remember:

  • To help reduce large numbers in our building at any one time. Once your child is in class, please leave the building until their class is completed.

  • We ask for parents to drop off their children and not wait in the waiting area.

  • We realize small-aged children need to be assisted in to the building and possibly wait for their child.  We will distance the lobby area to reflect this type of seating or you may elect to wait in your car.

Have a great and safe Labor Day Weekend!

If we learned anything over the course of last year, it’s that decisions related to pandemic response need to be fluid and responsive. We are prepared to adjust our pandemic response when needed to ensure families and staff can remain in classes and in safe environment.

Dear TNT Friends & Families,

In September I let you know TNT was going to go back to wearing masks to help reduce exposures. This was done so each child and client would not miss class time and our coaching staff would be able to keep on serving you! We have been evaluating and prioritizing the safety of the children and clients each week. I appreciated your commitment to stay with TNT along the way as we made changes with mask wearing recommendations.

Effective October 25, 2021, mask wearing will be optional. This decision has not been made lightly. However, a level of layered prevention strategies will continue.

How can you HELP?

  • Continue to help by reducing large numbers in our building at any one time.

  • Please continue to drop off your child(ren) and not wait in the waiting area.

  • We realize small-aged children need to be assisted in to the building and possibly wait for their child.

  • Elect to wait in your car or run an errand!

  • If your child has some severe cold/respiratory symptoms, keep your child HOME.

TNT will continue:

  • A rotational equipment sanitation schedules each hour.

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available at the customer service desk.

  • If any child is in a program for more than 1 hour, each rotation the equipment will be sanitized and the children will hand wash between each sanitation rotation.

  • SOAR program will have a sanitation schedule and additional hand washing as they transition between spaces at TNT.

  • Staff will self-monitor if exposed and wear a mask.

We are thankful to each family for your patience. Our team is thankful for the grace each family has provided us over the 1.5 years of learning to live, work, and stay active with COVID-19.

Our goals are to keep you safe and active! Continue to monitor email, Facebook, and on our website www.tntkidsfitness.org to keep you updated.
